Feedback for MFX 66:

- So, I'm just going to start this off with a little story. Back where Alana and I went to high school, I knew a young gentleman named Henry. Henry was one of those guys who was remarkably unremarkable, but otherwise a pretty normal kid. He was in Alana's class (c/o 2004), a year before me, and was pretty much known for having this young face but a weird sort of "finish" to it -- like if a ten year-old said, "Fuck little league, I wanna do meth." Anywho, that's how I knew him -- until of course, one day when my friends from college and I sat down for our daily laugh riot viewing of "To Catch A Predator." I think you might know where this is going. During one of the stings in Petaluma (a town in the Bay Area KNOWN as a haven for child molesters, and also where the Polly Klaas case took place in the '90s for all our U.S. listeners), my best friend (since high school) and I did a spit-take when someone named "Henry Guzman" showed up to the house. Sure enough, it's Little Henry trying to get his "D" wet with a 14 year-old girl. My friend then says, "Dude, I fucking know his girlfriend!" After going through our social networks, we come to find out a few things:

1.) Henry's family basically disowned him after that episode had originally aired.
2.) The phone call between him and the decoy is up on YouTube.
3.) The girlfriend is STILL WITH HIM (that's fucking loyalty, sirs).

After taking all of this into account, we had a good ol' laugh and started trying to find him on Facebook to no avail. If anything it goes to show you -- if you get busted for trying to have sex with kids, Three-Pint Betty will try to troll the shit out of you. That, and it was CLEARLY Gail Kim on "Impact."

- As an aside -- a truly heelish tactic to elicit a response while wearing the "Boo Me, I'm a Heel" shirt? Molest Chris Hansen.

- ALSO in tune with "To Catch a Predator?" I know you're big "South Park" fans, so I'm surprised no one mentioned the episode "Les Petit Tourrettes" (S11E08), where Chris Hansen is featured rather prominently:

Bearing in mind we usually overrun on this a crisp two hours as a seperate podcast is a great starting point for us as a show which is always known for the length as well as the content. We would appreciate feedback on this once it is up tomorrow. The RAW edition will be up tail end of the week.

I actually just finished listening to MFX66 yesterday, quite enjoyed it. Catch A Predator references are just great.

Loved the last show, however, I cannot help but be disappointed when Sir Ian stopped calling Chris Hansen "Anderson".

My dream of seeing Mr Anderson Mic Dropping peados to cement his face turn has been dashed. Still, one can dream...

Looking forward to the new format as well. Now I can get double the does of MFX every week, and how is that a bad thing?

I'm midway through the Impact review. I love the new format. I've been listening in the car and I think 2 days worth of driving to work will get me through the show, which is great. I might get to the end of it tonight.

While I admit that I don't listen to the iMPACT side of things, given I don't watch TNA and never found myself interested enough to watch it, I do enjoy the new split brand format of it. Although if there's one thing I will always do is listen to the intro and that first hour of Duckman and Trumpers just shooting the shit on whatever - highly entertaining stuff on that area, as always, friends.
