It's been a good year of fights so far, what've been your top fights of 2010?

Here are a few of mine:

Silva vs. Sonnen - UFC 117.
Garcia vs. Jung - WEC 48.
Lesnar vs. Carwin - UFC 116.
Bonnar vs. Soszynski II  - UFC 116.
Leben vs. Akiyama - UFC 116.
Swanson vs. Semerzier - WEC 52.
Donald Cerrone vs. Jamie Varner II - WEC 51.

Can't really argue with either list so far, here are some of mine

I think aside from the Garcia/Zombie fight, I think this year was lacklustre in fights compared to recent years.

Lets hope for a bangin' 2011

I don't usually disagree with you on MMA Cory but I think this year has been good for fights (with the provision that you were willing to look to the undercard)

Think about all the nominee's so far, Sonnen/Silva is the only main event fight on there & that's really due to the finish. If Chael had won on points (& hadn't had the + drug test) it would be a big upset but not fight of the year candidate. Garcia/Zombie was a shit fight technically but I put it in my list due to the sheer balls that both men showed coming out & swinging for 3 rounds, was it as good technically as Pearson/Siver, fuck no but that's what your fight of the year is all about. Guys letting it all hang out & proving which dude out "man's" the other.

But this is one man's opinion...

I think there were good moments, but not all around good fights.

Like Russows comback KO over Todd Duffee will be something ill always remember, but I really only could find 5 TRUE fight of the years, where I've found in other years, I've had 10-15.

have to agree with cory , alot of great moments , but few total fights that rank there his year.  reason Zombie fights sticks out because both man did not stop fot three rounds the action was hot and heavy from round one to round three .  It pretty much is my fight of the year.

moments are many , Sliva  pulling a win out of his ass is one , penn knocking matt  the fuck out was another . , Brock getting smashed  just to name a few .
