For anyone who knows these two... expect fireworks! Two of the hardest hitting athletes in the division collide. This is ending in a KO, one way or another.

The man with the fastest hands on the planet takes on the man with more kicks than you can shake a stick at. This is yet another explosive brawl waiting to happen.

Gegard Mousasi vs. Lyoto Machida
Arguably the best 205'er right now, the undefeated Machida, takes on a man who is vying for his throne. Mousasi is young, deadly and running over everyone in his way so far. Can the Brazilian stop him?

With such notable wins over the likes of Josh Barnett, Wanderli Silva, Mark Coleman, Igor Vovchanchyn, & Heath Herring, Mirko Cro Cop hopes to capture a world title tonight. But standing in his way is the Champion with notable wins over Randy Couture, Tim Sylvia, Dan Henderson, Josh Barnett & Fabricio Werdum, Antonio Nogueira hopes to fend off the Croatian Beast and remain the IFC Heavyweight Champion.

Two Legends of the sport who have both cemented their legacy and have been inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame are ready to square off in the Octagon for the first time. Ken Shamrock holding notable wins over Bas Rutten, Maurice Smith, Dan Severn & Kimo Leopoldo is hoping to capture glory one last time in the form of the IFC Light Heavyweight Championship. But standing in his way is the Natural himself Randy Couture, who with notable wins over the likes of Vitor Belfort, Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz & Tim Sylvia plans to put a end to dreams of Ken Shamrock and remain champion.



Middleweight Title Match

(12-1) Demian Maia (C) Vs Royce Gracia (14-3)

Much comparison has been done in recent time between these two men, as both men use their extensive BJJ ground to end the majority of their fights by submission. Many have claimed that Demian Maia is the mondern day version of Royce Gracie and it is such talk that lead tot he retired legend coming back into the sport of MMA and working his way through the ranks of the IFC in order to face the susperstar.  Both men excel at the art of submission and both men are looking for a way to defeat the other and determine who is actually the best submission expert in MMA history.



Welterweight Title Match

(43-7) Matt Hughes (C) Vs Josh Koscheck (16-4)

Sporting a record of  16-4, Josh Koscheck has taken out the likes of Diego Sanchez, Dustin Hazelett, Chris Lyttle & Anthony Johnson in his quest to become the IFC Welterweight Champion. His superior wrestlign skills are second to only one man, current IFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes. Who with wins over Sean Sherk, George St Pierre & Royce Gracie has made it clear that he is goign no where in the sport of MMA and intends to dominte for a very long time.



Lightweight Title Match

(31-11) Joe "Big Daddy" Stevenson (C) Vs Clay "The Capenter" Guida (25-11)

With a 15 fight win streak Clay Guida has struggled as of late winning only 8 out of his last 15.  Replacing the number one contender for this fight tonight Clay Guida is confident that he deserves this title short more then anyone in the IFC. Winning  3 Fight of the Night honors in the UFC, one being the fight of the year against Diego Sanchez, Clay Guida is a former Stikeforce Lightweight Champion and would love tonight to take the title away from the champion. Joe Stevenson is a TUF winner from season 2 and has made it clear to the MMA world that he is the man to beat in the light weight division. With wins over Nate Diaz & Spencer Fisher, Joe Stevenson has claimed the IFC title for himself and intends to take on the Carpenter in what looks to be a clear cut fight of the year contender.



Womens Title Match

(9-1) Cristaine "Cyborg" Santos (C) Vs Tara LaRosa (18-1)

With a 15 fight win streak it appears no one is standing in the way of Tara La Rosa as she attempts to take on the phenom known as Cyborg. Both women have only suffered one defeat in their career and both took place early on in their careers, they both sport a extensive background in Muay Tai & BJJ and it appears that the fight should be one for the ages.



Catchweight Fight

(14-1) Sugar Rashad Evans Vs Frank "The Legend" Shamrock (23-10)

Frank Shamrock has lived up to his name by becoming a Legend in the sport he loves so much, with a extensive background in Wrestling & Kickboxing Frank Shamrock has waited for this day to step into the ring with the man who is takign the sport by storm. Sugar Rashad evans burst onto the scene in Season 2 of TUF and has never looked back. With a style smiliar to Shamrock this fight should be one for the ages as both men are looking to prove that they dominate the sport of MMA.

Cain Valasquez [8-0] vs. Junior Dos Santos [10-1]

Two of the most highly regarded up and coming heavyweight fighters in the world clash for the Heavyweight Title in this explosive match up.  Both men have beaten some of the greatest legends in MMA history in their careers and tonight they look to solidify their position at the top of the heavyweight mountain.  Will the knock out power of Cain Valasquez prevail or will the BJJ expert Dos Santos reign supreme?  This will be a heavyweight fight for the ages between two men who both claim they will take the MMA heavyweight division into the next decade!!


Semi Main Event - Light Heavyweight Title Fight:

Shogun Rua [18-4] vs. Forrest Griffin [16-6]

What can be said about Shogun Rua that hasn’t been said before?  One of the top Light Heavyweight fighters in the world Rua dominated in PRIDE picking up wins against legends such as Chuck Liddell, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, Alistair Overeem, Ricardo Arona and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira.  He is the number 2 ranked LHW fighter in the world and many believe he should have been crowned the UFC LHW Champion following his recent controversial Title match with Lyoto Machida.  Tonight the Title is on the line again as Rau faces the man who gave him one of the most heartbreaking and dramatic defeats of his career, the first Ultimate Fighter Forrest Griffin!  Griffin is one of the most instantly recognisable and popular fighters in MMA today.  His big break came thanks to winning the first season of the Ultimate Fighter but Griffin has proven himself to be the real deal during his career in the UFC and is a former UFC LHW Champion.  This re-match has fans of MMA salivating at the prospect of what is sure to be another all out war between Shogun and Forrest Griffin.


Lightweight Title Fight:

Gilbert Melendez [17-2] vs. Josh Thompson [16-3]

It’s Melendez vs. Thompson 3, does it really need any further hype?  These two have clashed in two epic matches in the past.  With each man having a win under his belt tonight is the rubber match of a classic rivalry in the making.  Expect fists to fly, kicks to land and both men to leave it all inside the cage!  This fight of the year contender should not be missed!


Welterweight Title Fight:

Nick Diaz [21-7] vs. Hayato Sakurai [35-9-2]

One of the most controversial and outspoken fighters in MMA history looks to add a true legend to his knock out resume as Nick Diaz clashes with Japanese MMA legend and former top pound for pound fighter in the world, Hayato Sakurai for the Welterweight Title!  Diaz is one of the most unorthodox but highly effective strikers in MMA today.  His highlight reel knock outs are the stuff of legend and he looks to add Sakurai to that list!  Sakurai is one of the most respected fighters in MMA history and as a 15 plus year veteran of the sport he has seen and done it all.  Tonight Sakurai looks to shut Nick Diaz up once and for all by leaving him knocked out cold and staring at the lights!  These two will come in swinging â€" blink and you may miss the knockout of the night!


Woman’s Title Fight:

Megumi Fujii [19-0] vs. Ana Michelle Tavares [7-2]

Megumi Fujii is the current number one ranked pound-for-pound female MMA fighter in the world by MMARising.com and the number one ranked female flyweight according to the Unified Women's MMA Rankings.  She is a submission master with a stunning record of 16 of her 19 wins coming by way of submission.  A quick take down expert Fujii is one of the most highly respected ground game practitioners in the woman’s MMA game.  Ana Michelle Tavares faces the toughest test of her career against Fujii.  Tavares herself is a BJJ practitioner and a fantastic submission artist.  A win tonight against Fujii would see Tavares catapult up the female MMA rankings.  This should be a ground based, submission filled, chess match of a fight with the ladies proving they are just as technically sound on the ground as their male counterparts.


Middleweight Title Fight:

Robbie Lawler [19-5-1] vs. Michael Bisping [18-3]

It’s time for the punches to fly as the USA takes on the UK as Lawler and Bisping face off for the Middleweight Title!  Robbie Lawler is a striker first and foremost and tonight he looks to knock out Michael Bisping and claim the Middleweight Title.  Bisping, the poster boy of MMA in the UK, is a polarising figure.  You either love him or hate him but since winning the Ultimate Fighter there is no doubt that Bisping can produce some exciting fights and has been known to let his mouth run away with him in the build up to his fights.  Lawler and Bisping want to prove they deserve a place in the upper rankings of all MMA middleweight fighters and tonight they both promise to come out all guns blazing and both men want to end the fight with a knock out.


Special Attraction Fight in the Lightweight Division:

Kenny Florian [12-4] vs. Matt Serra[10-6]

In the opening match of the night Kenny Florian and Matt Serra look to set the tone of the night with an exciting fight in the lightweight division.  Florian looks to cement his place as one of the top lightweight MMA fighters in the world today.  For Serra it’s all about making a statement and proving to the world that while he may be one loss away from retirement, tonight he plans on putting Ken Flo in his place and proving to the world that he still has what it takes to be a top contender!  Look for Florian to fight with his head and Serra to fight from the heart.  This clash of styles should produce a fantastic opening fight for this big night of MMA action!!

UFC Middleweight Title
Anderson Silva vs Wanderli Silva

Anderson Silva already the UFC Middleweight will take on his former train partner Wanderli Silva. The bad blood between these two doesn't stop in the ring after Wanderli left Anderson trained Rich Franklin to fight him. With Wanderli dropping in weight class and focusing in on what he is doing once again Silva vs Silva is the middleweight fight of the year.    

Heavyweight Match
Frank Meir vs Bobby Lashley

With Frank Meir trying to get yet another shot at UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesner he has come to the Madtown Throw-Down to prove not ever former WWE wrestler is cut out for MMA. Bobby Lashley has taken offense to the fact that UFC brass seem so disinterested in him join their company to be able to take on his former WWE running mate he has signed to fight here to take out one of their top Heavy weights in Meir.

Light Heavyweight Match
Thiago Silva vs Ryan Bader

Thiago has been one of the top Light Heavyweight fighters for sometime now and is looking to get back to the top of the Light Heavyweight division. Well Bader is one of the top up and coming fighters in any weight class. After Bader's win over Keith Jardine at UFC 110 he is not working his way even higher up the ranks and a win over Silva will almost in sure him a title fight soon enough.

Lightweight Match
Diego Sanchez vs Evan Dunham

After Sanchez's disheartening fight with BJ Penn he now looks to start a good winning streak to make his way back to him. Evan Dunham on the other had is looking for the big win over Sanchez to move himself up the ranks of the lightweight division so he can have his shot a Penn. Dunham is 3 and 0 in the UFC and looking to go 4 and 0.

Welterweight Match
John Hathaway vs Matt Brown

Matt Brown and John Hathaway are both to talented Welterweight fighters who are looking to make their way up the ranks. Brown is trying to keep his three fight winning streak going well Hathaway is trying to keep un-defeated in his MMA career.


Seventh Match
Yoshihiro Akiyama vs Rousimar Palhares
This Middle weight fight brings to up and coming fighters from outside of the USA together in the ring.

Female Match
Erin Toughhill vs Sarah Kaufman

Two of the top pound for pound fighters in the womens division going three rounds in the cage.

Sherk and Penn clash in what's sure to be a rematch of epic proportions... well, so long as Sherk doesn't get caught taking steroids again.

Pat Miletich (29-7-2) vs. Jon Fitch (23-3-1)
A past welterweight great up against the man who virtually made the division his own - Pat Miletich vs. Jon Fitch will definitely be a war.

Middleweight title bout
Jake Shields (24-4-1) vs. Nate Marquadt (29-9-2)
Shields has some seemingly unstoppable momentum going into this fight, does 'The Great' have what it takes to put a stop to 13-fight streak?

LHW title bout
Little Nog (18-3) vs. Renato Sobral (35-9)
Two expert BJJers go at it in the first title match of the night.

Women's bout
Yuka Tsuji (22-1) vs. Marloes Coenen (17-4)
Hey look, it's the scintillating 'fight Speedy knows nothing about'! - I hope to hell somebody else does.

Catchweight bout
Tito Ortiz (15-7-1) vs. Fabricio Werdum (13-4-1)
AKA: The one that is happening because Speedy is stupid and missed his turn. The Huntington Beach Bad Boy takes on BJJ and muay thai artist Fabricio Werdum.

After a few weeks of voting, the most votes went towards Cory's card with 5, with 2 Votes to Midas and 1 vote to Malic.

This was a very fun game, and based off some of the new improvements Midas showed me, when we do the second game, it'll be even better.
