Alright, here we go again, until I can get the entire next wave posted I figured I'd at least get this one going again. It seems like the people are torn between Nightwing and John Stewart. Let's get some discussion and settle this one! Five day expiration this time.

I don't understand how this is even close? Nightwing is awesome but severely underpowered for this fight. If it was a matter of favourite character it would be a different story but this is who would win a fight.

Jon

I don't feel like having better powers means you can win a fight.

Batman doesn't have any "super" powers, buts doesn't mean he can't beat and does beat villains who are more powerful then him.

I think Nightwing is in that same category.

Which is why I have him moving on in this fight.

I see where you're coming from Jack, but I disagree. Nightwing is the original Robin, was the leader of the Teen Titans, became the "Batman" of Bludhaven when he donned the Nightwing persona, and then became the actual Batman after Bruce Wayne was presumed dead.

He's had a very successful career as a hero in his own right, he's not just a knockoff. You could use your same knockoff argument in regards to John Stewart, who is the fourth guy to assume the Green Lantern mantle.

Nightwing is a talented hero because of skill and hard work, not because of a ring. Without the Green Lantern Ring, John Stewart is just a proficient fighter and marksman. He would hardly be able to compete with Dick Grayson. So all Nightwing would have to do is bide his time until the ring's power is depleted and then he'd be able to kick the shit out of Stewart.

When you say John Stewart, people don't think of Green Lantern.

'Nuff said.
