LCD sound system won't be doing their thing for a while once their tours are done. Main dude wants to do some other projects ive heard. This is just what my mate told me though so if I'm wrong please correct me :)
Sia is the chick but she has a gun backing band :)
Yeah not sure you're totally correct about LCD dude, I've heard nothing about side projects or anything like that
I shall speak to my friend about it and see WTF he was on about lol. They are a gun live band though
Great American band, I'm lucky enough to be friends with Felix the lead singer.
Check these guys out!

JDM
All I can think about is Homer singing this song.. lol

The Avett Brothers - "Down With a Glistening Shine" - Bonnaroo 2012 (Official Video) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PY5wESAtGHI#ws)
This is such a powerful performance.
JDM, as a proud Aussie do you know much of Kate Miller-Heidke? I saw her live supporting and performing with Ben Folds and have a couple of her albums. I really dig her stuff, especially her live acoustic bits.
Her voice is so big yet she is sooooo small.
She is talented, haven't seen her perform though. She had a hit single 'its the last day on earth' or something along those lines. it was overplayed and killed for me. lol
If you get the chance I would recommend it mate, she's very good. Her opera training blows you away live.
Also, it's sad that the song they overplayed over there is that one, since it's probably the weakest of the lot. It's strange; the album I have is quite poppy in places, but I didn't expect it after watching her (I bought the CD at the gig - you have to really impress me to make me wait in line at a gig to buy a CD. She also signed a CD for my mate Benny who was there, saying 'Dear Benny, Go Fuck Yourself, Much Love, Katie.)
