Ok I found this when recording old Bravestarr videos off of old VHS tapes. This guy is scary as fuck. And this is a commercial during a kids show.

You know what else are creepy commercials?

Those prevent-it.ca ones. I think Mark once had them on ED under "sick Canadian PSAs". A lot of them are just fucked up
