As a Fulham fan, I can say that White Hart Lane is one of the best grounds I have been to in terms of atmosphere for a big ground.

Waiting til end of April for my foray to Stadium of Light to see Sunderland lose to the mighty mighty Fulham...

Saw a Spurs game when I had my OS trip a year ago. They drew 0-0 with Stoke but it was still really entertaining. Great atmosphere in the stadium and even better that I bought tickets from a scalper five minutes before kick off.
