Booked strength probably Cena... and probable legitimate strength too.

The amount of times he's lifted Big Show and Great Khali up and that whole -shake... violent look in eyes... veins popping at head- thing he has going kinda shows they're trying to put him over as the strongest guy ever...

Aside from that... Worlds Strongest Man Mark Henry? Has he not been booked as purely the strongest guy ever?

Also Chris Masters is another one they've pushed as being really strong.

Alternatively, who's been booked as the weakest? Gotta be Little Spike Dudley hasnt it... or that one dork that Tommy Dreamer was mentoring a few years ago

Has to be:

Cena based on lifting Edge/Show at the same time.
Lesnar based on that superplex and the multiple F5's especially that early one to Rikishi, made him look like a goddamned paperweight.

Mark Henry is a hard case to call, his strength is more implied than actibely shown but he held the record for a powerlift for ages before someone beat him (something like 900 lb).
