Dieting for MMA

I'm sorry for necroposting, but can anybody tell me how to maintain my weight but lose abdominal fat, maybe get a little less fat anf more muscle.

Running low carb low sugar.  Also eat more beef than any other meat.  Cut down on booze if you drink regularly.

That's too bad.  I also just edited my post to include more beef and less booze.  Sugar is also you enemy, and that is found in carby foods and alcohol as well.

Its your body fat....Ive had problems like that before...just cut down on unhealthy, needless snacks.

Chips, Pop, and moderate the non-powder protein that you eat, along with I'd say 3-4 days of exercise a week and you should start to see results.

I live on Diet Coke and I don't take anything powered or supplementary... It's not nessercary unless you're training to do professional sport. I just want to look good and be healthy, maybe be a stronger Rugby player.
