Power supply is going and not producing enough power.  Probably not under warranty.  You can try replacing the power supply if you can find the same model on eBay somewhere.  Good luck.

Open the computer up, turn it on.  See if the fan on the CPU is spinning up, if you have active cooling.  If it's passive cooling, then it's probably the power supply.
