fuck turrets

You can place a Mei wall on the turret itself, which shuts it down.  And if a little bit is sticking out you can destroy it.  Its handy.

Alternatively, Junkrat grenades and Pharah rockets are a good way to destroy them, since they have splash and in Junkrat's case you don't even need line of sight.

can you shoot the wall out long distance? i've never actually been Mei yet, usually im Pharah and I take so much damage trying to hit the turrets. This complaint is more solo than party, as if Turrets get annoying well just Reinhardt shield and I'd go to work with Pharah.

Aside from painful solo play most times (I have a blast when I squad up, but solo play everyone tries to one man army it and refuse to attack together) I feel as tho teams whose objective it is to defend is farrrr farr to easy. Be it getting point B or moving the payload to the final checkpoint, it's far to easy to sit back and camp with having a few Turrets, Bastion, Widowmaker than having to try to finish the game on offense.

I've seen this as the biggest complaint too on Reddit as well and they need to balance it out ASAP.....hopefully competitive play has a character limit so teams can load up with multiples of the same character, and even that only helps a little. It's incredibly frustrating to get stuck on offense 3-4 games in a row knowing there's an 80% chance you'll lose. When I can squad up in terms of win/loss, in COD I was winning at a near 2.00 ratio, where with Overwatch i'm sitting around 0.45.

Mei's wall isn't indestructible.

Offense just requires some coordination. This isn't really a solo game.

Stoner and I took a match singlehandedly as Mercy and Mei. We stood inside the objective, I was spam healing him in a corner, and we captured it.

Mei's walls send up 5 pillars with 500 HP each.  A decent Bastion can clear one of the pillars out easily, but the trick to the wall is placing it in a spot to make it just annoying enough for your team to  capitalize on it.

Offense on Anubis, Hanamura and Volskaya are meant to be difficult.  The Defending team has a spawn point right behind Point B on all three maps, although I feel like the one on Anubis is a little TOO close.  But in the same token, Offense on Numbani, Route 66, Hollywood, King's Row and Dorado is easier because the payload heals the offense team if they are nearby it.

PUBs can be frustrating for the very reason you stated though.  Its FAR too often that you get a bunch of players that want to play McCree/Reaper/Widowmaker/Hanzo, and when you have four people playing the flanker it makes the flanker pointless.  Being in a pre-made group is definitely beneficial in that you can coordinate roles as well as information.

Maybe because it's because I have no preference of player that I don't find these issues. If shit is going awry, I just bunker down. I like certain guys in certain types. And I've got a handle of most characters. It's just understanding who the other players are. Yeah I'd like to go out and murder as Paraoh but if we have two offensive types, I go with Roadhog and chain people out into the open.

Love doing that shit to a bastion in turret mode.

I agree with the needing to have groups that you play with. Otherwise, it turns in to a 5-minute romp/free-for-all and that's not going to have any true staying power.

It's nice to hop on and play for a few minutes at a time but after that I usually don't feel much incentive to stick around.

I miss Call of Duty.

Black Death

well look to try to get this in the next coming weeks ,  not sure stoner still playing on the Xbone , but it would be nice to get few parties together

I'm on PS4 unfortunately bro.  My wife wasn't a fan of Microsoft, and was hoping for a Ni No Kuni sequel.
