Weekly Column Question

Well I'm going to try and write a weekly column in here on a weekly basis starting next week, probably on a saturday or sunday as thats when i get the most internet time. What I would like to do though however is have a weekly question, or weekly topic on which I can write a column about and then we can all discuss.

Also I think a few people have said they would do a weekly roundup of the weeks games in the prem, i think basically its just been whoevers got online first has done it, so does anyone want to take over doing that on a weekly basis? Or do you want me to?

Here's my question for you:

Are the influx of owners from overseas hurting English football?

On the admin side, we need ONE person doing a weekly round up on the results/major talking points of the weekend.  This should be done once all the games for that weekend are finished.

Kenny will be doing a weekly prediction game starting next week.

These are the teams expected to be the main runners in the race for a UEFA Cup spot come the end of the season.

Who do you think is most likely to win that race?
Any other teams, from early impressions thus far, that will also be in the hunt?
Are any of these teams good enough to break the glass ceiling and sneak inside the big four?
