Valkyrie Profile 2: Silmeria

As someone asked for my opinion...

Okay. I'm 2 chapters in, the story's getting quite good, it's faster paced than Final Fantasy but slower than say, Chrono Trigger.
The lead looks about 9 but is actually 18, there's an emo, and a few brave warriors and shitloads of magic.
The levelling is slow. Without powerlevelling, I'm level 3's and 4's after 2 hours which seems dead slow.
It's a platformer/RPG, when you're not in a battle the view is side on, platformer view.
Battles can be avoided and easily retreated from, and aren't random.
You can have 4 in your party, and within an hour you'll have a good party going.
The music is excellent.
