Do not, and I seriously mean do NOT watch this movie in 3D.

Not only do the glasses darken the movie (and let's face it, the light and color in this movie is amazing), but it says RIGHT IN THE BEGINNING BEFORE THE MOVIE EVEN STARTS, that the movie was filmed and meant to be seen in 2D. So basically, before the movie, you get a big:

"Haha, we just stole six bucks from you"

...message while you're WEARING the glasses. Ain't that a bitch? Watch it in 2D. The post-converted 3D is lame and very, very few and far-between, anyway.

Story was crap, but the visuals are excellent and the action was refreshing. I was disappointed in the 3D myself, primarily b/c my theater didn't OFFER the 2D version. Only 3D. So even for a matinee I got bent over the counter for it, and then to find that little message at the beginning was another raping. Felt like I was in prison.

The visuals were great, Olivia Wilde was fucking gorgeous, but the story kind of took away from both of these two awesome things I just mentionned. The 3D wasn't good at all except for maybe two or three scenes. There was also a really annoying character that appeared about two thirds of the way through the movie that almost ruined the movie by himself.

Don't you dare speak ill of Castor played by the very awesome Michael Sheen!

Yeah, I am speaking ill of him because his character was annoying and was the Tron equivalent of Jar Jar Binks.
