What's your personal favourite to sing?


We used to have one at Palace, we don't sing it so much anymore but it was sung to the tune of Yellow Submarine and went;

I'm a big fan of loads of football chants tbh.

Park's at united. Anderson. Adebayor's less than kind one >_>. Balotelli. Obviously a load of Forest ones.


I think one of my favourite is actually a Blues chant.

Never really heard one like that lol. And it went well with the Steven Carr chant they had too.

I know this is for soccer and not AFL, but many years ago there was an elite player named Wayne Kerry, and he ended up sleeping with another players wife and left the club he played for. After that, the support base hated him and nearly every game he played people would chant against him. My favorite memory of this was when I was 8 years old at a Lions vs. Crows game and the entire stadium (both supporters) chanted 'KERRY IS A WANKER *clap clap clap clap clap*. It was epic!

Lol well technically Charlton are our local rivals but they think because they played a large portion of their home games at Selhurst many years ago we are all of a sudden big rivals, they felt the rent was too high... But we're really not that bothered by them. I think they are annoyed because Millwall have West Ham, we have Brighton, they don't really have anyone that just hates them.

But teams like Coventry and Leicester pick rivals with people who care comparatively little about them (I think Cov hate Blues or Villa which hate each other and Leic hate Forest who hate Direby).

They are pretty much the main rivalries.

"The referee's a wanker" is always a favourite, but even as a Manchester United fan, I always get goosebumps when I hear the Liverpool fans sing "You'll Never Walk Alone."

That might not be a chant, but I think it about fits here. It's an amazing song that I always seem to be inspired by the heart in which those fans sing it.

One of those I like that I've heard about but haven't been at a game for is the chant for Lenell John-Lewis.


"His name is a shop,

Lenell John-Lewis,
His name is a shop"



And Blade, the Blues fans I know don't hate Coventry (although they hate Blues). And I don't know any Forest fans who hate County as they're never in the same division!
