I think for the year he's had. Ibrahimovic deserves it.

I'd go with Ronaldo.  He's scored more goals himself in 2013 than Man Utd, Spurs, Man City, Arsenal and Chelsea have as a team.

Plus he's playing in a better quality league than Ibrahimovic and carried Portugal through the play off last night.

Although to be fair, splitting players of the quality of Messi, Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic is pretty damn tough.  All three are unbelievable talents.
