They title as a podcast because "Austin's Sitdown Interview with McMahon" everyone would just call it a podcast.

And it would be a podcast, it doesn't have to be on itunes to be a "podcast"

Maybe Austin wouldn't have agreed to it if it was network exclusive?

If I was running a regular podcast, I wouldn't be keen on some guest deciding their episode should be exclusive.

It's been released as a podcast today on Podcast One and ITunes etc.

As far as I'm concerned, Network subscribers got early access to it and it was LIVE. That's the main difference.
