The ones I use most are Sports and News related. I have the Wrestling News World one, MMA Junkie, Sky sports and Sky News. Of course, facebook and twitter get well used.

The others I use are linked to my Sky Box. I can watch TV on the go and set my box to record stuff from anywhere. Sky also entitles me to use certain Wi-Fi hotspots across the country for free. I have a 3GS and I got a refurbished one so I have the cheapest deal possible.
