Our buildup to the 2012 Championships has been a shambles...get that racist cunt Terry out the setup and take with him any twat whos there for a payday.

Its the reason I love Becks, when that guy pulled on our shirt he did it with pride and a love for playing for England.

Honestly...we are going to get spanked if we aren't careful and we deserve it at this rate.

I agree, I have yet to see John Terry punished for his actions. Even footballers need to know there are consequences to actions and a lengthy ban right now would be appropriate.

I sure as hell dont want them taking someone like that away to represent our country in any international competition

I'm hoping Ox doesn't get picked...

Because I might have to support England if he does.

Capello going is a good start. Nice to see the FA reads EFK!

I think he will take it on as a temporary position to get us through the European Championships

As a Spurs fan, I hope not.

In terms I think he might do both jobs to be honest. Lets be frank at this stage I think an interim coach is what we need before appointing someone after the Championships. For me it has to be someone with knowledge of the Premier league...

outside him happy for Psycho to get the nod fulltime.

Rob

I don't see why he can't coach both teams as Ian has said, it's not like the players are full-time but whether the FA agree with something like that remains to be seen

Adam Wrong

This troubles me to be honest.

On one hand he's not been found guilty of anything. We know he did it, we know he's guilty but he's not been charged. Until he has, nobody can act yet.

Secondly I don't want to get into a race thing but the term he used was a fractional degree of seriousness compared to what Suarez called Evra and what Evra said to Suarez in terms of severity.

On another matter entirely, is calling somebody a cunt worse because of a prefix denoting his tone of skin? I think it's been blown out of proportion and for one, he should never of been reinstated in the first place. I think the FA realised this and used the first available excuse to get him out as captain. Then waited for the Redknapp case to be resolved before pushing Capello.

It's been fucked royally and would wager Harry doesn't get the job as historically, the FA never get their first choice of Manager. I'm still thinking Hodgson, O'Neill and Southgate are better bets. Not the best but certainly more likely.

On another note; little point of irony.

1/ FA: "We do not tolerate racism in the game."
2/ FA: "We want an English manager (fuck the foreigners...)" :P

Rob

I wouldn't say no to O'Neill as hes done a stellar job since arriving at Sunderland, but, I don't think he would take it. And I would personally be extremely against Southgate or Hodgson coming in, both have a poor track record in more recent years.

Some are calling for Mourinho, but he'd cost more than the entire England squad put together

Apparently, Harry's letter of application went down a treat

Joke's aside, The FA and everyone knew that Capello was going to leave after the European Championships anyway, SO why did we leave him installed as manager? As not to have another huge payout because we are still paying of Sven from all those years ago.

I think the manager should be English, I think the captain should have a true heart.

I never liked Terry, he has been and always will be a thug.  But we need to establish us as a proper team, and that wont happen if we thrown someone else in at the helm straight away.

Did I hear correctly earlier that they are going to be announcing the manager tomorrow?

They already had someone lined up, and it would bee a shame to see 'arry leave Spurs, especially as they are performing well at the moment.

personally, i don't see anything wrong with Pearce taking the hotseat, he has done a tremendous job with the under 21's and to be fair, he won't take any shit from anyone
