Ok, I can't take credit for this since I found this in a magazine, but it's really simple just the way I like my cooking. Only takes about 10 mins to prepare, and it's another great dish for parties or football games.

Ingredients:

1 can of 16 oz. refried beans

1 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix

1 cup of Sour Cream

1 cup of Salsa

1 cup of shredded lettuce

1 cup of mexican style shredded cheese

2 Tbsp. sliced pitted black olives

1. Mix the beans and taco seasoning mix. Then spread onto the bottom of a 9 inch pie plate (or bowl or whatever you feel like serving it on).

2. Layer ingredients one at a time. First the sour cream, then lettuce, then salsa, then cheese, and finally the olives. Mix it up however you want there's no real rules for this recipe.

3. Serve with tortilla chips.
