I've heard City are bidding £125m for Christiano Ronaldo.

They also want Torres and Fabregas.

I never make predictions, and I never will.

Cory

Are you joking? You must be.....if not. I dont want to see the next transfer window and what they do.

That's the plan straight from the mouth of the new owner of the club.  He's nuts of course, it'll never happen, but still makes for some fun for us!

The Rick

Notice he doesn't want to buy any English players? Fair play to City though, glad Chelsea didn't sign Robinho.

Why can't the 'Pool get some decent owners instead of what we're stuck with though?

Cory

Everton signs Fellani from Standard Leige (Belgium)  for 27.5 million.

Kinda surprised about the fee, but this dudes a fucking tank. Cant wait to see what he does.

It was 15 million pounds for him Cory.  Think that might be the dollar value you've got there.

Still, he's a really interesting signing, young, powerful, good with the ball.  Just the kind of midfield player they've needed.

I don't see Everton doing much this year though, just haven't added enough quality.  And if Yakubu gets injured, I don't see where the goals are coming from.

So what's everyone's views on the transfers this summer then?  Sum up your thoughts in a couple of sentences.

Peace

Back onto City for a second...

Its a shame that this has effectively killed their amazing youth they've got coming through.

Alex Tallah Nimey or something like that, Daniel Sturridge, Ched Evans and to a lesser extent Michael Johnson...i hope some prem clubs get a brain and snap some of these guys up.

Also, its a kick in the bollocks for Oldham, who if Micah Richards went for big money would have got 25%, not much chance of him going now.

I never make predictions, and I never will.

Cory

Surprised one of these has yet to be made. Here are the transfers to date. Post the new ones, as we can discuss who our favourite team or Man City just bought/ rid of.

Aside from Kaka & Ronaldo we have had:

The trades of Michael Own and Fabio Cannavarro. Valencia is a good pick-up for Man U. Lisandro Lopez is one of the quality strikers in Europe, was hoping he would come to the Prem. Glen Johnson got paid waaaaaay to much. Deigo is an amazing player, good pick for Bayern. I'm still unsure how Real is paying for these players, adding Benzema I mean, have they ever heard of debt?

The Barca/Inter swap between Eto'd & $$$$ for Ibrahamovic is close to being finalized, as reported by goal.com

Good move for Barcelona, as much as I hate to see Eto'd leave.

-- Adriano is in talks with a return to Serie A to AC Milan. Good moves, Adriano is probably one of my all-time favourite players.

-- Stewart Downing has got picked up by Aston Villa

-- Peter Crouch is on the trading block from Portsmouth, rumoured 'battle' between Fulham & Spurs
