I didn't specify this in the rules.  My intention is that you use the same character throughout the TCW run.  Your reputation will follow you throughout the game.

Now, where I did not specify this previously, I will allow anyone that wants to the opportunity to change their name/character.  Just let me know here, and it isn't a problem.

I know I'm fairly disliked around here, and with more than 10 people being interested, you're choosing which people get to play and which people don't. Interviews are wholly unbiased. You stand just as much of a chance as anyone else. The only thing that will gain (or lose) you a job is what you say/do in the thread.

The only person who is guaranteed a spot (if he wants it) is Alex, due to his kind work on GFX for this project.

How do you know that? My character is showing that he wants the job, believes he's the best man for the job, and that the other applicant shouldn't get it. If you're talking about me being disliked on here, well the stuff I'm doing with the character should have no bearing on OOC stuff.
