That offer is more than acceptable.  I would suggest that you spend some money on English lessons, otherwise you may be in for a rough time.

Knowing the inability of Mister Lee to speak English I was going to ask you about that, actually.  What would that entail exactly and how much would it cost?

It's like anything else, you get what you pay for.  If you spend $250K, he'll probably progress quite slowly, $500K a bit faster....I bet if you spent $1 million, he might use that rosetta stone thing to learn English by the time the season starts!  Whichever you decide, just include it with his contract.
