Father Charles (a master in the dark magic) speaks with an aging Sister Begonia about bringing a new sister into the aging family to produce offspring. Their powers are waning, they must start at birth. They kidnap two children and cast a spells on them...a boy and a girl. The boy disappears all together, but the girl, Abigail, does not. Through these children will their new family of supernaturals will be born.

A sweet age progression of Sister Abigail takes her from childhood, through adolescence, through marriage, and the birth of her sons...to the early 1980's working at a funeral home. Timothy Cooper, owner of Cooper Funeral Homes, recently fired Paul Bearer (who never appears on screen and was his head mortician) for negligence. Abigail was torn at Kane losing his father, but at that time Kane didn't know it. Mark Cooper (a young Undertaker) was taken with Paul Bearer and viewed him as a mentor. This caused the turmoil that ended up destroying the family. The anger that came from both sons showed their powers. The boys knew something was different about them, but Abigail had never let them know.

Abigail sits them down, without their father, and explains their powers. Mark loves fire and is angry that Kane got that power. Mark has the power of the darkside, but is still angered. Kane, a good natured kid, learns to harness his power to be a blessing. Mark begins to play with fire, to the behest of Timothy, Abigail, and Kane. Mark waits one night while the family is asleep and sets the home/funeral home on fire. He thinks no one survives...and goes to the Darkside. Kane survives, as he is leaving the house, burned. As Kane is fleeing, he sees his mother in the flames plead with him to "Protect B.W." Timothy and Abigail's bodies are found charred in the remains of the fire. Mark is gone without a trace. Kane goes to live with Paul Bearer, his godfather (who later we find out is his biological father).

The age progression of Abigail shows her in the fire, turn into spirit form, and blast awake in human form in a ceremony that has an aged Father Charles, Sister Abigail, a Voodoo priest named d'ENTREMENT, and an evil man named Hardison Locke. Charles gives her a sturn talking to about her mistakes. He said they found Hardison and he has a son, but that Charles said she needs to find Kane and B.W.. Hardison whispers Bray Wyatt with an aggrivated tone. Hardison is angered that his son Adolph, a supernatural child, is not going to be a force in stopping Mark and that "piece of white trash" Bray Wyatt is. Charles said he sees evil in Hardison and believes that if Adolph were to be the guide that Hardison, Mark, and Adolph would cause the end of the world. As Abigail gets to her feet Hardison slits the throats of Charles, Begonia and d'ENTREMENT, she is able to escape. In another vision she saw Mark and Adolph on the darkside and realizes she has to stop him.

With her not passing on the spiritual family anymore, she has to find someone who can take down Mark as he is starting his wrestling career...He's utilizing that to gain control. The Undertaker is entering the homes and hearts of many and it's going to end up with Mark taking control of those people mentally at the end of his career. She has to find someone who can stop him...Bray Wyatt.

(for reference)

Bray had a rap sheet a mile long. Bray had done time for killing his father and taught himself to read and was a natural leader...Adolph was under the thumb of his father and was doing the same thing. Hardison, is an evil man and plans on killing many via Mark and Adolph. Adolph knows what he needs to do, but hesitates. Adolph was a natural leader, but wasn't sure of himself. His followers (which include Luke Harper and Eric Rowan) see his weakness and begin to unravel...Hardison kidknaps Abigail and Bray...

(for reference and utilized in his wrestling career later)
(Kane's mind was poisoned by Bearer who tried to turn him against his parents through manipulation and anger from being fired. Even in their death, Bearer was still a poison. Mortal, but a poison to the mind of Kane)

Abigail tells Bray that Hardison, Mark and Adolph are the terror. They are going to burn the world...she takes her final breath and Harper and Rowen help release Bray just before Hardison was prepared to kill him. A big battle between Hardison and Bray. Harper and Rowan keep Adolph at bay and Bray kills Hardison Locke. Harper and Rowan gravitate to Wyatt and Abigail sees this. Adolph is angered that Bray killed his father and begins to recruit an army of derelicts...but they don't pan out. His anger still doesn't compensate his lack of leadership ability Bray/Harper/Rowan go into a big fight and kill Roach and his followers.

The same fast forward progression shows Bray's career, it begins to slow as he's calling out the Undertaker. Kane recalls the Protect B.W. line and understands it means Bray Wyatt. The death of his father cleared the mind of Kane and He abandons his fire-side admitting he could not stop his more powerful brother and becomes corporate Kane taking himself completely out of the equation so Bray can fulfill his destiny.

The final shot of the movie is Bray and Undertaker ready to lock up at Wrestlemania...leaving a cliffhanger ending. A vision of Abigail nodding in approval drives a cold breeze through the crowd causing everyone, including the vocal announcers, to shiver. The bell rings to start the match and the screen goes black with a cliff hanger ending.

For the first time ever, numerous big name Batman villains will be appearing on the screen in one film as the critically acclaimed video game Batman: Arkham City is represented on the big screen. (Arkham City, Face Off, The Demon Trials, Protocol 10, The Killing Joke). Most of the actors will appear in each film, though the magnitude of their roles may not be felt the same in each. The first film in the series, Arkham City, will focus on the opening missions of the video game and a couple of select side missions. The main villains of the first film will be the Penguin, Solomon Grundy, Harley Quinn as well as the Mad Hatter. Many other villains will make at least cameo appearances in the first film, perhaps even seeing the beginning of their storyline unfold.

An interesting note is that producer Brad Pitt will not see much screen time in the first new Batman film, as the presence of Ra's is kept secret for most of the beginning of the game. He will appear in an extended post credits scene between Ra's and Talia al Ghul.

Another interesting thing to note is that Nightwing and Robin will be taking on larger roles in the film than they had in the video games. In order to split the film up, some of the side missions taken on by Batman will be taken on by Tim and Dick in order to give them a more prominent role in the film and break up the monotony of the film. Catwoman's side stories will play out throughout the series as well, with her run-in with Poison Ivy happening in the first film.

Many people thought that turning a videogame of this magnitude into a fully fleshed out film series would be next to impossible, but with the announcement of it being a 5-film series and the addition of Martin Scorsese as director, many are changing their tune. While Marty directing a Batman film first sounded strange, many are now noting the fact that Scorsese's films are noted for being longer than most other films and having a knack for gritty violence, both of which will be necessary in this new Batman Cinematic Universe.

CLASSIFIED INFORMATION: Film Treatment for Peephole Productions' Arkham City film

After the DC Comics opener, cameras slowly fade into a stationary camera positioned at street level. There is trash and newspaper littered around, and on the other side of the street broken down brick buildings can be seen, a burning barrel just inches away. There is no sound except the wind, and then the muffled sound of footsteps. At first just two, steadily getting louder and louder, then you can hear hurried breathing. Suddenly a set of feet run right past the lens, and the feet start to disappear. But then far more feet can be heard, and soon a gang of legs are seen running past the camera, laughing and whistling and screaming. A bloodcurdling scream echoes and the gang stops running, most turning to walk back the way they came. After a few seconds, most are gone, then two giant legs come back moving slowly, dragging something. A dead body is dragged past the screen, slowly, unsettling. The shot fades and then the "Arkham City" logo crashes into the screen.

During the opening credits, the film takes on the point of view of a helicopter camera circling Arkham City, Jack Ryder's voice (James Franco) accompanying it. He talks about the horrendous acts of violence occurring inside the walls of the prison city, and that this is not the way to help Gotham city strive. Splice in different ground-level cameras of prison refugees who happened to hang onto their video cameras, brutal murders and crime from people dressed as clowns, in black ski masks, or in clothing that is half-burned.

As the opening credits finish, the shot pulls out showing that the news story was being displayed on a television monitor. As it slowly pans out, we see Alfred Pennyworth (Adam West) shaking his head at the news. He pleads to someone off camera that this is a bad idea, but then we see Bruce Wayne (Ryan Gosling) pass by as he is getting dressed in a suit. He says everything is ready, and that Alfred knows what he has to do. Alfred reluctantly agrees, asking if he should pull the car around.

The next scene shows James Gordon (Bryan Cranston) talking to Wayne as they approach a massive crowd just outside the walls of the prison. Gordon is telling him that they'll have him completely protected, he has nothing to worry about. Wayne smiles and pats him on the back, and says they have his full trust. Bruce climbs a podium, makes a speech about the prison and how Arkham City is a stain on Gotham City. As the speech continues, TYGER operatives suddenly burst onto the scene, taking Bruce Wayne and any press members in attendance into custody.

They put a bag over Bruce's head and the scene goes dark for a few seconds, before opening back up inside Wayne Manor. Jim Gordon is sitting with Alfred in the living, Gordon apologizes for what happened, and he's going to do his best to get Bruce back out. Alfred mentions that Master Bruce can handle his own, but he appreciates him working hard, asks to excuse him as he needs to make a phone call. Alfred steps out, stay on Gordon as he gets a radio call alerting him that they "just saw Waylon getting escorted into the prison by a hang of TYGER ops." Gordon shouts that he has to run, and will keep Alfred posted.

Alfred is on the phone, stating that he wishes he wouldn't have to ask, but that he is genuinely worried this time and that "Bruce needs your help." Smash cut to the interior of a rundown apartment, "I'll be there." The sound of a flip phone closing is heard as the camera pans up to show Dick Grayson (Kit Harrington), he glances to the closet where his Nightwing suit is hanging, another quick cut to a street as a high-speed motorcycle makes its way down the street. He comes to a stop, pulling off his helmet to reveal Timothy Drake (Max Thieriot) on a bluetooth headset. "On my way" he says before the camera fades to black again.

Slowly the sound of muffled breathing can be heard, and then a POV shot of the bag being ripped away and effects to create blurred vision as Bruce blinks his eyes. Dr. Hugo Strange (Stanley Tucci) is standing in front of Bruce, smirking. Strange interrogates Wayne for a few moments, essentially letting on that he knows that he is Batman. Ultimately leaves the room, ordering the TYGER guards to move him into the city. As the door shuts behind Strange, Wayne is picked up and escorted through a different door where he is told to head to the end of a hallway.

Angry yelling can be heard as Bruce makes his way through. He notices Black Mask (Mark Wahlberg) swinging a chair at some TYGER operatives, yelling at them to let him talk to Strange. The guards eventually tase him and subdue him as Bruce moves on through a caged door. Unfortunately, he is then surrounded by a gang of men in military garb, some wearing black ski masks. Wayne acts fragile, meek as suddenly the Penguin (Paul Giamatti) emerges through the gang, smoking a cigar with brass knucks on.

Penguin makes a small rant about the Wayne family destroying the Cobblepots, then throws one good punch to the jaw. Wayne snarls, and as Oswald throws the second punch Wayne grabs it and twists to break his hand. Penguin retreats, ordering his gang to kill Wayne. First real fight scene of the movie as Wayne fights off the men, breaking his handcuffs in the process. After the last man drops, show Wayne take a breather before fleeing into the shadows.

Next scene shows TYGER operatives leading a big group of prisoners through a similar tunnel to the one Bruce just walked through. Hugo Strange is shown on large screens listing the rules as TYGER guards shout at the prisoners. Panning through the faces we see Dick Grayson, and he glances around before spotting Tim Drake who winks at him. They get unhandcuffed at the end as the scene transitions to an establishing shot of the Ace Chemical warehouse. Bruce Wayne is climbing to the top of the building, just in time to see a huge capsule land on the roof.

After pressing a button, the audience gets their first look at the new Batsuit and Wayne turns around and steps into the suit. As soon as communications come up, Alfred frantically states that Selina is in trouble at the Solomon Wayne Courthouse, and without hesitation Batman leaps off the roof into a glide. Cut to the interior of the the courthouse where Catwoman (Angelina Jolie) is strung upside down over some sort of vat. There is a crowd of people in the room, and Two-Face (Josh Hartnett) is pacing back and forth giving a speech.

Selina is nonchalant about the situation, making wisecracks and cat calls the whole time. At last, as Harvey Dent is just about to kill her Batman swoops in to make the rescue. Another fight scene as Batman fends off the goons and strings up Two-Face over said vat of stuff. He releases Catwoman, just in time for her to nearly get shot by a sniper bullet. She says she has no knowledge of Dr. Strange's plans, and Bruce says it's unsafe. They split up as Batman begins to investigate the sniper round, ultimately discovering that it came from the nearby church.

Cut to Catwoman as she approaches her apartment, but discovers that it is swarming with goons. She sneaks in, stealing her own weapons and making it out safely. Cut back to the church as Batman enters through the front door, only to be greeted by Harley Quinn (Rooney Mara) and a gang of Joker thugs. Quinn mentions that Mister J is feeling under the weather, before fleeing to the top of the church. Batman fights off the thugs, making contact with MPT Aaron Cash (Terry Crews) in the church and helping him untie the other prisoners.

There is a certain prisoner whose head is covered in bandages, and Batman asks Cash what happened to him, but he doesn't know. As Batman goes to climb the tower, the man in the bandages, who is actually Thomas Elliott (Ryan Gosling), begins to laugh quietly. As Batman gets to the top, he sees the sniper rifle was rigged to fire automatically, which he attempts to hack into. Instead, monitors come to life with a video of a disfigured Joker (Johnny Depp). He makes a short speech, before bombs begin to go off in the tower. Batman quickly runs, jumping out of the window just in time as the church tower explodes sending him gliding away.

The camera shot catches a figure unphased by the blast down on the ground level as he walks through the shadows, and begins to zoom in on him. He reaches a payphone, glancing around before picking it up and dialing a number. The camera slowly gets closer, panning around until we see the sickening face of Victor Zsasz (Ben Foster) with a sick smirk. The camera cuts to a ringing payphone just as Batman lands near it, Alfred can be heard telling him about a string of payphone murders and suggests he get to the bottom of it. Batman picks up the phone, and we see the first conversation between Mr. Zsasz and Bats as Wayne tries to triangulate Victor's location.

Camera cuts to Ace Chemical again as two more pods crash onto the roof, just as Dick and Tim get to the top. They nod at each other as the pods open, revealing Nightwing and Robin's suits. They get into costume and then we see them pull out their eskrima sticks and bo staff respectively. Camera cuts back to Batman as he arrives at the Sionis Steel Mill, where he traced Joker's feed. Alfred notifies him that he called for backup, and at first Batman is upset until Nightwing and Robin walk up behind him. Quick reunion before the scene cuts to the indoors.

Several goons are sitting around talking, and then Batman drops down and punches one in the face. He is quickly surrounded but then Nightwing and Robin drop in, huge fight scene. Batman spots Harley, glances at Dick, who yells at him to go. Cameras follow Batman as he chases down Harley, and tracks her to a room where he discovers Joker's dead body, or so he thought. It's just a dummy, and Batman is jumped by the real Joker and Harley, knocked unconscious.

Back downstairs, Nightwing and Robin have cleaned house, but then get ambushed by Mister Hammer. They fight him off, eventually subduing him before heading where Batman went. Cut back to the room, where Batman awakes tied to a wheelchair. Batman calls him a liar for pretending to be sick, but Joker proves him wrong by showing his scarred face, and tells him he injected him with his infected blood and will inject hundreds of people in Gotham if he doesn't help him find a cure. Batman asks if this is Protocol 10, something mentioned by Dr. Strange in the interrogation, but Joker has never heard of it. He pushes him out a window.

Robin and Nightwing see him fall and rush to help him. Joker yells after him that Mr. Freeze was working on a cure for him before disappearing, Robin tries to chase after him but Batman tells him to stop. He says they're all going to split up and try to find Mr. Freeze, and instructs everyone to help anyone they see along the way. They all agree and head off in three different directions, the camera following Robin as he climbs the nearest building.

Across the street he sees Vicki Vale (Taylor Schilling) conducting an interview with Mayor Quincy Sharp, and quickly notices a red dot on her chest. He glides across the street, tackling her out of the way just in time and quickly getting up and making chase for the sniper. He spots Deadshot (Colin Farrell) packing up his rifle, and by the time Robin gets there Lawton is nowhere to be found. He curses, looking around for any trace of the assassin.

Batman discovers Mr. Freeze's lair is at the old GCPD building, but upon infiltrating realizes he is no longer there. He fights a gang of Penguin thugs, and interrogates one into telling him that the Penguin is holding him captive at the Cyrus Pinkney Natural History Museum. After knocking the goon out, Alfred says that there is a cure just outside the police station. Batman asks where it came from, but Alfred is not sure. Batman chooses to take it anyway, but quickly passes out yet again.

Across town, Nightwing is tracking down leads when he nears the Solomon Wayne Courthouse and hears cries. He moves to the basement where he stumbles across Calendar Man's cell. They have a short discussion, before Calendar Man tells him where the screams are coming from. There Grayson discovers an imprisoned MPT Eddie Burlow, who tells him he was captured by Riddler. Dick frees him, and is then given an Enigma box and frequency. As he turns on the frequency, The Riddle (Neil Patrick Harris) appears on a large monitor behind Burlow. He tells him all about the game he has planned, and Nightwing gets furious.

Cut to Batman as he wakes up strapped to a table with men in bunny masks. The Mad Hatter (Giovanni Ribisi) is at the foot of the table, makes a drawn out speech and climbs on the table and such before putting on a special bunny-like mask on Batman. But Batman fights through the mind control, beating up the Hatter goons and eventually subduing Hatter himself. He takes a moment to breathe, before radioing Robin and Nightwing to head to the museum.

Cut to Nightwing as he responds to Batman's call and is suddenly snuck up on by a masked Bane (Jason Momoa), more realistic than in the game but still juiced up. Nightwing gets ready to fight, but Bane says he doesn't want that. He tells Grayson a story about getting into a fight with a Titan-infected Joker henchman and watching him die of a heart attack, and he doesn't want to see that happen to anyone else so he wants to destroy the virus. Nightwing is reluctant, but says he'll bring the suggest to Batman. Bane thanks him and disappears back into the toy factory he emerged from.
We head back to Catwoman as she finds Poison Ivy's hideout. She enters asking for Ivy's assistance in breaking into Strange's vault, citing that she prefers a woman's touch. Poison Ivy (Emma Stone) then expresses her anger with Selina for neglecting to care for a rare plant she had left with her. Ivy has hypnotized goons attack Catwoman, who fights them off only to be trapped by a vine. Ivy says that only of the rare plants remains, and it is in Hugo's vault. They come to an agreement, Ivy will help make a path to the vault of Selina gets the plant for her.

Cut to the Natural History Museum, where the three vigilantes have just gathered. The infiltrate the museum, fighting their way into where Victor Fries (Alexander Skarsgard) is being held captive. Batman thanks the other two for their help, but he'll take it from here. Batman then goes to retried Mr. Freeze's suit, in exchange for information about how to defeat the freeze gun Penguin is now in possession of. Victor reluctantly gives him the information, and Batman goes off to pursue Oswald.

He quickly finds them and the penultimate boss fight ensues, this fight will probably take a solid 10 minutes of film time before Batman ultimately defeats the gun, but Penguin has tricked Batman. A lever is pulled and then entire floor disappears, causing Batman fall to a dark corridor beneath the room as Cobblepot laughs uproariously above.

Cut to Nightwing as he is making his way to the next riddle location, but he decides to take a shortcut through the subway lines. As he's running through he hears a loud growl and then sees a large shadow. He slows, quickly ducking down and readying his eskrima sticks. A voice then echoes "think you took a wrong turn boy," and Killer Croc emerges chewing on a human leg bone. A brawl ensues, but Dick only looks to confuse Croc long enough to escape, which he does narrowly.

Cut to Robin on the trail of Deadshot, he's talking to Alfred about a lead but then sees him a man sitting at a table sipping from a teacup. Tim doesn't recognize him so he approaches carefully. The man, who is actually Basil Karlo (Christoph Waltz) trying to throw the vigilantes and audience off the scent of Clayface being Joker, invites Drake to sit down. Timothy says he doesn't recognize him after a short talk, he then says "recognize me now?" as he switches between appearing as Vicki, then Bruce, then Deadshot etc. Robin quickly flips the table, yelling "Clayface!" but Basil transforms to his mudform and flees before Robin can fight him.

Cut back to the dark corridor as Batman makes it to his feet, shouting at Batman. But then blue light starts to glow behind him, and Batman slowly turns around to discover Solomon Grundy (Nick Nolte). The final boss fight ensues as Batman plays out the rough scene from the video game, eventually defeating him the same way he does in the movie. He grapnels up to capture Penguin and imprisons him in a display case just as Nightwing and Robin appear behind him. He turns, saying something along the lines of "this isn't over yet." As the film fades to credits.

After the credits, the scene opens back up in the morgue of Arkham Asylum. Five hooded assassins enter the room silently, and then Talia al Ghul (Eliza Dushku) enters. She motions her head and one of the assassins opens a container sliding out a body, she nods again and the man pulls down the bed sheet to reveal Ra's al Ghul (Brad Pitt). "Let's go." She says, as the assassins lift up her father and follow her out of the room.

Survived.

News has finally broken today about the new film adaption of Chuck Palahniuk's novel, Survivor. It is currently under production with Paramount Pictures, with Ridley Scott also said to have a role in its conception, and there have been rumours of The Flaming Lips working with the production company on an original soundtrack and score.

The adapted screenplay will penned by Charlie Kaufman, whose has written screenplays for films such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and Being John Malkovich. His CV would certainly indicate that he is more than up for the task of adapting this unique story into a viable screenplay.

The man chosen to direct the film is David Fincher, who has a history with Chuck Palahniuk through his direction of Fight Club. The two have reunited after over fifteen years, and Fincher has stated on record that he is very excited by the project, with the all star cast and the dream team of a production crew.

In the titular role, Matthew McConaughey will play the role of Tender Branson, the protagonist of the story, and the sole surviving member of the Creedish Church, a cult that he was adopted into at a young age. The story centers around his rise from a lowly servant, to a religious celebrity, and finally a mass murderer.

Other names have been released and the star power does not lie with McConaughey alone. Breakout star Alicia Vikander has been cast in the role of Fertility Hollis, a fraudulent, psychic, sterile surrogate mother who befriends Tender after a chance meeting at the grave of her recently deceased brother (a man whom Tender convinced to kill himself). Sam Rockwell is set to play the part of The Agent, the publicity agent behind the rise of Tender in the public eye. In a surprise announcement, Josh Lucas, will play the role of Adam Branson, in the book the character is the older twin brother of Tender, who being the firstborn is not orphaned to the Church. Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon have both been slated as cast members, but they have been announced as cameo appearances and no details have been given on what role they will play.

One of the more controversial decisions has been the casting of Edward Norton in the role of The Caseworker, a character that in the novel is a female. The caseworker assigned to Tender through the Suicide Retention Program, after the mass suicide of the Creedish Church. The character eventually becomes obsessed with cleaning up after Tender. There has been some doubt cast over this decision given the talented field of female actors that could easily fill this role, but insiders have claimed that Norton brings a certain aspect to the character that adds greatly to he story.

The film is set for a Spring release in 2016.

Movie Plot:

Thanks to the camera phones, every moment that someone wants to capture can be captured. Thanks to the internet, everything that's captured can and will be shared to millions around the world and those millions will show their friends anything from a sick skateboard move, to a cat playing the piano, to a one-punch KO between high schoolers, and to a girl with a huge rear-end dancing for the camera.

But for Morris Washington (Donald Glover), a 15 second video turned into 15 minutes of fame, and then some.

As a senior in a Louisiana high school, Morris has a lot on his plate: graduation, finals, senior trip, senior prom. All that on top of being the youngest son of three of former college basketball star for LSU, DeAnthony Washington Sr. (Chiwetel Ejiofor) and former Miss Louisana Beth Washington (Catherine Zeta-Jones). To make matters worse, Morris' brother DJ (Michael Ealy) didn't make matters better by being your typical jocks in high school and college.

Morris was unlike his brother. Morris was an intellectual, a thespian to be. And his luck with the girls was also unlike his brother. Deciding to get the courage to ask out his long-time crush, Victoria Delacroix (Lily Collins), put more on his plate than he thought it was. While Victoria said yes, her older brother, Jensen (Chris Zylka), had other plans. After school as Morris and his friends walked home, Jensen and his crew pulled up to Morris and confronted his sister's admirer.

As Jensen cornered Morris, cellphones came out to record what would happen next: a fifteen second KO of Morris. To make matters worse, everyone saw it before Morris had a chance to get up off the ground.

Hearing from his family of how "a black man should fight" and how "he let a white boy beat his ass". Tired of being given shit. Morris looks to get his "revenge" on Jensen, although, is unable to several times, for comical reasons like his buddy's phone died or someone called the cops. This is when Morris meets Officer Lamar Evans (Brian White) who tells him how it is. Morris takes what Evans has to say to heart, but still believes he has to do something to get his "swagger" back.

So Morris visits his next door neighbors at a local block party. Mr. Mayfield and Senor Santos, two former rival boxers. Together, after much discussion about boxing stereotypes, the three come up with a way that nets Morris not only his swagger, but the girl.
