Ummm Bossman...I didn't want to run those farewell ads until I knew the actual number I was working with. Since scouting and awards PR was still in my sights.

Is there anything that can b done about that or am I just screwed if they already ran?

General budget. It's been said a fair number of times. We get 13 million and from that comes PR, scouting, coaches and any other spending.
