Right there are some limitations for those non playoff teams right now in what they can do. They can discuss with current roster members contracts for effect next season...if you get an agreement...they MUST be in future deals thread agreed. Playoff teams can also talk to players as well on their exsisting team only.

You may also start talking to coaches about being your coach for Season 10 if you need them. Again must be futured dealed.

Against for your remaining pr budget and the big thing will be i will be doing the draft prospects this weekend.

Once the playoff teams are all locked in...the rest of you are locked as well.
