Your salary cap would only be Flash Davis and Eddie Lights.
Flash - (Not 100% on this) was worth $3 mill over 2 years.
Eddie Lights was $16.5 over 6 w/ $3.5 in PR.

That would give you $25.5 million in cap room. (Flash might have been $2 million though, which would give you an added $1 mill.)
