Just finished reading the column Strike and good work. Very fun read. :)

Thank you kindly - and to TyTy, Hondo, Rebel, Libre and BD for the kind words as well. It was a ton of fun to write and once Ian does finish the regular season sim, I'm confident in going for a second, All-Playoff mailbag edition. I'll give you guys a heads-up when I start so you can just PM me questions - be it serious, silly, a mix of both, etc. This is for fun, after all. lol

GM Franchise

FBL Franchised, Vol. 10,
Dormant Volcano:

Hello once again FBL fans. This is GM Franchise with another edition of FBL Franchised but I have to warn you. The volcano known as GM Franchise is dormant...for now. Got a lot to say about the trades that have gone down in Volcano Nation especially one in particular. But, for now, it's power rankings time!

FBL Power Rankings, Week 7 –
1.   Kentucky Hayseeds (11-1)
2.   Las Vegas Aces (10-2)
3.   Puerto Rico Waves (9-4)
4.   Providence Diamonds (8-4)
5.   Montana Bears (7-6)
6.   Texas Stallions (8-4)
7.   Roswell Aliens (7-5)

Random thoughts...
The Dragons both lost a lawsuit to Mike Flips and found out that both Rekov and Gilkansious are retiring. Dragons out of all the GM'd teams are in the worst shapes.

Djem Maluka is the unheralded hero of the Waves. He's a under the radar guy that deserves more attention. But that said with all the weapons the Waves have they are going to be a force this year in the playoffs.

David Kradle and GM Rob are about to go to war. *gets popcorn* Hey Dave, there's a place for you in Honolulu next season. Get at me, bud.

Chuckles Tree was wedding crashing for food. In other news the sky is blue and the Hayseeds are at the top of the league table.

JJ Rogers has become the most dangerous point guard in the league. The Stallions are rolling even without Xavi and are going to be a handful for whayever team gets them in the playoffs round one.

I'm sorry but Dre Majors is right about the Blades. They traded two of their only four guys who can score a decent amount for Creed Jackso. LOL LOL I'm laughing out loud. Mutu would've been a nice edition to this trade but I know GM Pancho wouldn't have budged on him. Solid trade for the Volcanoes.

The Montana Bears are officially back. Aces, watch out. They're coming for you and the way they're playing they will beat you. Not kidding.

Bad news for GM Death. He has a player revolt on his hands after the Ferndale Scandal because of going over the budget. Ching Bu is not amused and I'm thinking he's not alone. He will have to tread lightly or trade some of the disgruntled players to other teams. *cough* Bu for Chin Chik *cough*...I mean, trade them in the offseason.

I feel bad for Maverick Peters. He's got a lot going on in his life. I sense a Maverick vs. Stars war on the horizon. In other news GM Jen traded her first round pick to MY Honolulu Volcanoes for a first rounder next season...AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! *ahem* I mean, now I have to protect him for the expansion draft. Lucic and Creed too but I'll get into the Lucic part in a second. First...

SABBA!

Sabba was mistaken for a yeti in Alaska today and was shot in the ass three times. In other news the Glaciers literally stole Lucic Chachencko from my Volcanoes for Malik George. Am I happy over this? Hell no. For one thing ANY trade proposed to me for Lucic would be vetoed because he was NOT on the trade block to begin with. But that's not the only reason I hate this deal with a passion. Look at it like this from this perspective. Anchorage will have Lucic AND Bolak Huir next season. We have to play them twice next season. That equally makes this a bad trade just for that fact alone. If I had my way, this trade would've been vetoed on the spot. Instead I lose Lucic in a trade that I think is a joke and there's nothing I can do about it which really set me off when I first heard the news. I hope this trade backfires on the Glaciers next season. I really do. Ok rant over, let's move on the other things in the news. I've said my piece and am officially done talking about it.

Toppers bench guys are boring. Yeah, no shit. In other news the other five guys have them in playoff contention.

Bernie Class wants to move back to PF next season and I agree with him on this. It's the best place for him to play at.

Redford Shack blew up about Chi Chi Gonzalez and I gotta side with Chi Chi on this. Chi Chi has been playing good this season and was disrespected. He'll likely want out of Vegas because of this unless something majorly changes between now and the offseason.

That's all for now. Tune in to FBL Franchised next week and also Predictions Game will be updated shortly. Later peeps.

Ahahahhaha I traded for the guy I had a scouting report for, after obtaining the other necessary player that the scouting report indicated would be a good idea to get?

...Okay then.

For what it's worth, I think it'll pay dividends should you keep that tandem for the next two seasons. Could possibly see Echo's rising at least rise to a C- like Lazco's has been for seasons or better. #WaitAndSee

Still don't think he was worth trading a first rounder for when you need a SG to replace Maverick.

Abrax will do for now.

I can't stop up every hole simultaneously. Abrax is a decent starter at either guard position. If the opportunity arose to trade up, then yeah, I'd be thinking about taking it, but there's only so much I can do.

Weak draft this year doesn't help.
