I don't plan on moving anywhere. I like it in Birmingham.

I just mean as a whole...

Just seems like it screws the season that everyone is playing now up when you have Mississippi, Providence, Texas, , and now Roswell all auto-locked before we even get to the mid way point.  Not to mention if Ty gets fired or someone else bails to take the Greenville job.

People get fired all the time in professional leagues, and most of the time, teams mail it in.  You have the occasional hiccup but it's really the only way it can be done in our setting.

Yea, often times it hurts morale, unless the player wants to kinda, play for their role next season kinda thing.

To be honest, most season's you can count on Ty, Franchise and T-Bone to move teams early on. This is my first move in 3 seasons
