Do I need to wait till after the Expansion Draft to talk to players who are with SL teams? I thought I remembered SL players were available to be contacted during this period. Correct me if I am wrong?

Sorry about that man, I've been super busy with work starting to pile up (part of the reason I'm falling behind with offseason stuff) but here's the thing: I currently have one trade I'm looking into, anything else will have to be figured out after I've done that. Again, sorry about the delayed response, I'm not trying to ignore people on purpose.
