Off Season training comprises of 5 categories: shooting, passing, defense, stamina and rebounding.

Oh, I see how the schedule works now.

Alright... so from Week 1 to Block 1 of Week 7... the first team mentioned is the HOME TEAM.

Block 2 of Week 7 and Block 1 of Week 8 are already reversed for us. Everyone will play the same team in back to back weeks. So the first team mentioned is still the HOME TEAM.

From Block 2 of Week 8 to the end season the schedule is the same as Week 1 to Block 1 of Week 7. What Ian is saying, if you were HOME the first time around, you will be HOME to second time around. So the second team mentioned instead will be the HOME TEAM.
