While I can see where you are coming from, but Hondo will be focused on running his own team and attempting to earn a 4 pennant in his signature.

Much like TJ (Soul of Philly) did for Black Death last season, you could do the same if you are interested in getting your feet wet in the FBL.

I'm sure Ian would be more than willing to let you take over Virginia until Stoner is able to resume his duties as a GM.

Stoner's my bud (pun intended) and there's no way I'd ever screw him over purposely. But even with that, it'd be a conflict of interest of me to try to run his team for him. Signing a few free agents for him is one thing, running the team and balancing the personalities is another.

I'm sure if it looks like Stones won't be back for a while, Ian will look for a temp replacement, much like TJ served while BD was away a few weeks ago. I'm sure you could fill the job should that arise.

I know he's got his own team but at the same time I'm worried that if I were to take over the team I'd manage to make a total mess of it in the interim while Stoner's away.  I'd hope not to do that obviously but being new it would be more likely to happen.  That being said me taking it over would still be a better alternative to it being auto-ran which would most likely end up being the case should Stoner's absence become more prolonged so I could attempt to steer the ship I just can't guarantee I won't run it into any reefs lol

I also want to point out the ironic hilarity of the possibility of Reya being the GM of a team based in Virginia lol

Ian would probably cut you a bit of slack too, giving you a much larger margin for error than the rest of us, so "ruining Stoners team" shouldnt be a major concern id say.
