Commissioner Trumpers installs new FBL Suicide Watch after two tear filled phone calls from Echo Walls and Todd Yallop.  The Commissioner immediately notified authorities removing their shoe laces, belts, and any sharp objects in their home.  Todd was found crying in his underwear looking at a picture of GM Soul while Echo was sitting in front of a mirror telling himself he was too captain.
