For more savy photoshop people how would I get 'TRADITION' in the Hayseeds colours over the top of this?

Create a new layer, do the text in your preferred scheme and you should be able to over lay it nicely.


Now if you're working on it and you've done it all in B&W so the color isn't working, you can take your layers you've already done and merge them, and then change the setting back to RGB color, which would let you do more work with colors again, without resetting the rest of your work.
