Honolulu is the capital and biggest city in Hawaii, Baton Rogue is a capital, Birmingham is a major city, Portsmouth is a major port, but yea the rest (especially Roswell which isn't a city at all) are some offenders.

It doesn't always make sense. Montreal isn't particularly known for forestry, Calgary isn't known for anything thunder or cat related. Its as much what the owner brings to the table then the city
