That's kinda my point though. If you haven't thought about why you want to talk to a player...why call them in at all?

Since last season I usually figure out who I want to talk to before the week begins and have planned out what I want to talk about which makes it easier to get a game plan going for each week.

Correlation? Possibly. If you don't know what you're going to talk to a player about, don't. Normally the best that happens is an "...ok?" sorta like we all, for the most part, (Myself included) did with welcoming players to knew teams and then sending them on their way without really giving a reason for the talk outside of that. I mean, if the odds aren't in favor of a positive result, don't have the conversation.

THink like this, if you have a bunch of random, no reason conversations, the more chance you have to piss them off and or put your foot in your mouth and risk getting put on the hot seat.
