I think I've proven I don't need useless scouting reports of players I don't have to put a quality team together.

I don't see how scouting reports are good for free agency, unless of course they are reports from your coach specifically.  Those reports can differ on the same player for different teams quite dramatically.  I would hope you create your free agency plan based on what that player has done since being in the FBL, not what his scouting report said two or three seasons ago.

Nah, I will just use S14 stats to base opinions/projections for teams.  I would just like the reports for the rookies to help me be as detailed as possible, but if nobody submits them, that is fine I will just come up with something.

I use it strickly to see if their a bust or not, find out character flaws, ect...that why Im always looking to exchange reports.

I dont think I've ever seen a major discrepancy in a report on the basic talent of a player, and if the player has issues you can judge by the quality of a AC if you can believe it or not.
