Again, don't think Jen has to swindle anyone if there's enough new teams for an expansion draft.  When the protections come around for that she could let them be unprotected and allow them to be signed by one of the expansion teams.

You're probably right. I would have done that if they hadn't shit the bed quite as badly as they did.

As for the "firesale": if I'm  sacked it's not my problem, if I'm not sacked I won't be able to work with those players anyway. We won't win another game this season so I have to plan for the next one. My time zone and F1 trip put me out of the free agency market, so I have to build a new team in another way.

Just to note there is no 2nd expansion draft...for the new teams there will be free agents and what not to work off of.
