In a two round draft and one of the only true down times Ian can get to be like "I'm not terribly needed, if work gets busy or something along those lines, it's alright"

That and 12 hours to select a first round pick? And if you don't within that time, you forfeit that pick. Basically that's saying, at least to me, "Shame on those of you that have lives where things that carry great importance happen. "

two season ago I got Brian (then Bryan) Holmes from Rebel for incentives. Probably my favorite player over the past two season, hated trading him away, actually.

Imposed time limits are a bit much for the draft, especially when some players are just getting used to the game...

Being that its a game that we have no other deadlines for outside of the occasional autolock, isn't a time limit a bit demanding of people in a "play at your pace" kind of game?
