I would recommend becoming Jack Hondo, because that is the only sure-fire way to success.

The thing about reading the Kentucky thread, is that Hondo had a great relationship with his owner,  coach,  and players that happened over time. If you try and do some of the stuff Hondo has done it may not turn our the same.

Best advice, period.


PLAY HOW YOU WANT TO PLAY. win/lose/firing it's about you enjoying the game. If you have fun, who cares if you're on the same team for 5 seasons.

Things work for different people, try NEW things, dont EVER post the same thing someone else does. 

Don't blow off your coaches.

Don't piss off agents.

Don't rush or play when tired/drunk

Ask questions in the OOC.

That should be the link to the google.doc spreadsheet. Your team is on there under the season 17 tab. The players you have on the team, and any coaches, are on there so you can see what holes you need to fill.
