My Situation

Even though I've been on the past month or so, it's been borrowed time, as I was only able to get on because I was in the hospital and using their internet.  I was not going to be able to pay my home internet before my hospital stay, and that was the main reason I had to step away.

I'm now home, and I managed to get my internet paid up for now (and most likely for a while), so now the question becomes, should I return?  Can I return?  I don't know myself.

Correct so if you wanted to sign X Coach who was currently playing for Y team and he is on $2.5m a season, you will lose 250k out of your PR budget in order to sign him on top of whatever you are going to pay him. It basically acts as a potential hurdle for people signing coaches for other teams which is easy for me to manage and also means the team signing a coach is effected as well.
