Correct so if you wanted to sign X Coach who was currently playing for Y team and he is on $2.5m a season, you will lose 250k out of your PR budget in order to sign him on top of whatever you are going to pay him. It basically acts as a potential hurdle for people signing coaches for other teams which is easy for me to manage and also means the team signing a coach is effected as well.

One question. Is the 10% a one time penalty, or does it last for the length of the poached Coaches previous  contract?
