Always talk to your coach first before anything. Coaches are sensitive and take it as a slap in the face if you don't address first. Trust us we've lost coaches that way

It's basically an unwritten rule that you talk to your coach directly after you answer your questions.  Not doing so often brings bad consequences.  I get that you want to talk to your player and that's fine, but because of what I've already told you you should've talked to your coach first.  You didn't obviously.  I'm just telling you there will probably be repercussions for it, unless Ian's feeling particularly forgiving, as there usually are every year when someone inevitably commits that particular foul.

Newbie advice, first point of call...speak with your coach!

TWO NOTES

1. Answer your media questions as seen in the general news
2. After you have done that invite your coaches in to have a chat. Always speak to coaches as your first contact for the week. I am not going to repeat this.
