Personally, I wouldn't do that. I think, for karma reasons, it's better to get fired and find a new home than to jump to a new one. Like Metro said, there's many things that can go wrong and fleeing one bad situations for somewhere new, isn't ideal most times.

Remember this, in this game, the grass isn't greener on the otherside. It's best to water you grass whenever you can.

Also, I don't think they got fucked, from point of view, only one player past next season as of right now, gonna be a rough go, but it's a patient owner who doesn't care about winning as much as he cares about his cats and his reputation.

It's easy to think about how crazy a team looks on paper, but the proof's in the pudding; statistically flawed teams have won titles and amazeballs ones have tanked.

The players Bismarck is getting aren't star players, but I'd hardly call them utter shit.  Keep in mind we've had players such as Twat Features in this league.  They're veteran players on a clearly rebuilding team which has honestly been in the process of rebuilding since I've come into the league.  While they probably won't do well the next season or two, whoever takes over will be able to get the players in that that would want and can build a bit through the draft which is what brought guys like Majoe there in the first place.

As T-Bone already pointed out, his contract expires at the end of the season.  Therefore, no one can trade for him.

Again, you can't trade him.  He will be a free agent at season's end and another team will probably sign him that way.  For the remainder of the season while he's on your team, however, you can simply keep him on the bench and not play him or speak to him.
