Ian posted a new updated list and he's still on the list so I'm assuming it wasn't future confirmed earlier.

Not for nothing guys but when's the last time a big deal wasn't FCD'd and didn't get a news story about how something had been agreed but then not confirmed. That type of thing is usually in the media within a week.

I think it's much more likely that it's an oversight from Ian - considering the large break since that deal was agreed - than Hondo forgetting to confirm.

The spreadsheet is unofficial. It is not updated by ian there for it is unofficial and therefore can not be cited as gospel. One of those who edited the sheet (myself included) could have assumed.

The only person who knows for sure is Ian, so we can all speculate until the cows come home, but until he 100% officially (which the updated list might be but you never know) declares that Hondo didn't FCD it, there's no point going back and forth on it.

It would surprise me that Hondo wouldn't have FCD'd it when he signed the deal. But again, Ian is the only one who would know 100%.

It was so long ago it could have been me, but I'm not sure. I know I sometimes jump the gun and put it in but I would have thrown it on the early S18 sheet if he fcd'd it.

I figured it would be better to express interest in him, Ian confirm that Hondo FCD'd the deal and the interest being moot rather than to not express interest and have him wind up actually be an available free agent and missing out on him.
