well im glad as like the 5-6 GM to offer deals to both coaches at the same time during the history of the game, it to blow up in my face, and the 0-2 week the follows.

Every time except once (when Ian gave a new GM slack as one of the last to lock into the offseason) it has made someone mad when a GM tries it. I am the original baby!

1. You will find that out in your team thread at the end of the season.

2. You send in your scouting after you take over the team after this season and before the draft. This is also when you hire coaches.

3. All after this season ends when the playoffs are over.

2. There is a PDF with the draft prospects in the General News Thread (I think). You assistant coach does the scouting.
3. For new GMs, it's after the season ends.

You also have to sit a player. I did that in Birmingham when the team went over the cap.

I didn't see any announcement about switching agent and it's not exactly fair to spring the switch at this moment just to cause the most disruption. I know about sitting a player as part of the punishment, I was just surprised at the size of the fine.

I don't know how many times I have to state that the FBL spreadsheet isn't always 100% accurate. I am human. I do make mistakes. Hate when people get upset when they go off the spreadsheet. It's each individuals responsibility to know their own stuff. It's there as a helping guide. If you see a mistake, you can bring it to my attention and I'll be happy to fix it.
