I feel you are griping about other people being courtious to other people, all of which has nothing to do with you, but as you said, no worries.
I believe even Ian told folks to tell Jon the player positions. So yeah you're in the minority here.

A bit of courtesy goes a long way in my view. Why does that have nothing to do with me? I play this game too...
