The Greenville Bulldogs restructure the contract of Olaf Hansen to become a player/youth coach to a 6 Year contract with 2 Million PR per season added for the youth coaching portion of the position.

Yes .... I screwed up the training. Good Lord. I know I am a bizarre GM and make moves that confound and confuse - at least I have the positions right for once - and understand this is all in fun, but good god.

I really didn't know I had screwed it up. Had no idea. However, this time of year is completely nuts, for me.

Believe me ... If you had to cover the insanity that is the University of Connecticut women's basketball team - you would indeed lose your mind.

Anyway ... I never expected JC and Dex to both decide to accept my offer.

My feeling was blow them away with max offers and see what happens since I never had any issues with either of them -  and they accepted. I knew if I waited - or offered less - I wouldn't have had any chance at bringing one or both back.

They are my core. If they didn't accept then everything I did - leaving to go to Virginia - as crazy, idiotic, whacky or maybe even genius for that matter - would have gone down in flames.

Now ... Until my next confusing and bizarre - Stephen Ross esque move ...

TBH you offered them a huge amount of money. More than anybody else would be willing to do together. They'd be stupid not to. You were in catch 22 as offering it to one and not the other could have built resentment and poor chemistry. It'll be bold if it works...
