I think that's just a list of the guys, not their projections, Ian's not the type to just leave something out of it, especially something he could just copy and paste the format and enter the info then.

Probably so we'd start scouting some more people than just mid to late first rounders.

Not sure when people start doing it. Usually a couple of weeks before the all star game. Asking as its done by then it's not a massive issue.
