After the draft, Boston once used that current seasons pr to have luco scout 4 point guards, Neil prince among them. They weren't good reports because it was short but got them none the less.

go easy on the guy ... if digger uses scouting now , it will come out of this season 18 budget... if digger wait until the off season , thus s19 it will come out of the season 19 budget .   My suggestion is wait until the off season  it will be the season 19 budget

Anything done before the finals are over and the new season starts is THIS season and allows the use of THIS seasons PR. Anything done after the draft begins will be for the new seasons PR.
